As usual, after seeing so manyA/W catwalk looks with gorgeous statement earrings, many of them tassels, I took to Etsy to add to my wishlist and what a wishlist it now is !!!

Spring Summer 2017 Beauty trends

As I mentioned the other day in my Miles Donovan post now Christmas is behind us I am starting to think about my wardrobe (clothing and beauty) for Spring/Summer. As I am keener to experiment with my makeup than my clothing (office day job and strong reliance on black clothes that cover my belly) I paid most attention to the makeup looks and have I picked a few (more) of those that I would like to try to share with you. Products I have shared lately

I have been making more of an effort to share on social media but with that, the blog has fallen away. I am going to try and find some sort of middle ground so I thought I would start with things I have been talking about elsewhere on social media lately. To start with we have my new favourite book (albeit that it is for children). Mary and Frankenstein - Both the story and the illustrations and enthralling And this is another gorgeous children's book that I got for the illustrations, though more specifically the colour palette. I think the pop of neon with neutral colours is something I want to experiment with. what is your favorite illustrated children's book?
