Etsy Valentines Cards


I have never really 'done' Valentines day but each year I do swap cards with my husband and each year we try to out do each other with the cutest but most appropriate card.

 As always I always look to Etsy for cards as there is nowhere you are more likely to find the most fitting card - and if you can't find exactly what you want there will be someone who can make it for you.

 Over the last few weeks I have been 'favouriting' cards as I see them - some for my husband and some that I would love for me. 

 As always, I want to share the Etsy love as I cannot recommend the site enough or all the sellers I have had the please to deal with in the past.

Throwback post WWCW // Denim Jacket with Patches

I posted this blog in January 2016 - expect to see an update on the Denim Jacket in the next few weeks My first ever style icon was Clarissa which is probably showing my age somewhat and I have decided that 2016 is the year I go back to my (un)fashion(able) roots and make clothes fun again. To do this I am going to ask myself...   WHAT WOULD CLARISSA WEAR?? Answer number 1 is a pair of denim shorts with patches which isn't really suitable given my age so the next best thing.. Spring Summer 2017 Beauty trends

As I mentioned the other day in my Miles Donovan post now Christmas is behind us I am starting to think about my wardrobe (clothing and beauty) for Spring/Summer. As I am keener to experiment with my makeup than my clothing (office day job and strong reliance on black clothes that cover my belly) I paid most attention to the makeup looks and have I picked a few (more) of those that I would like to try to share with you.
